How does delivery work?

  • Thanks to our delivery service, you can have your vehicle delivered directly to your home or the address of your choice (at the office, on vacation...) anywhere in Europe.

 

What are the delivery times and costs?

For deliveries in France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Austria and Germany, we offer you a choice of two delivery methods:

  • 1- Standard deliveryCar registration: carried out within 5 to 7 working days for a flat fee of €1,500. This service includes all the documents needed to put the car on the road (registration documents, plates, registration certificate, etc.), as well as legalization, taxes and other administrative formalities.
  • 2- VIP delivery: Carried out in 4 working days for a flat fee of €2,000. This premium service includes all documents required for registration (registration documents, plates, registration certificate, etc.), as well as legalization, taxes and other administrative formalities.

For French overseas departments and territories, we also offer a choice of two delivery methods:

  • 1- Standard sea freight on a roll-on/roll-off vessel, within 5 to 7 weeks, for a flat rate of €2,000, including all the documents required to put the car on the road, administrative formalities and various taxes (vehicle registration document, plates and registration certificate, dock dues, customs clearance, ecological penalty and other necessary costs).
  • 2- VIP delivery (car delivered in a 20-foot container), which takes an average of 4 weeks for a flat rate of €3,500, including all the documents required to put the car on the road, administrative formalities and various taxes (vehicle registration document, plates and registration certificate, dock dues, customs clearance, ecological penalty and other necessary costs).

If the delivery person is late on the day of delivery (traffic, bad weather, etc.), how will I be notified?

  • The delivery driver has your contact details, as he must contact you the day before delivery to ensure that you are available on the date and time slot indicated. He will also contact you when the vehicle is picked up at the point of departure. He can then call or text you if there is any delay.

What if I'm absent or late to pick up the vehicle?

  • If you are late, you must inform the delivery person. He will have contacted you the day before delivery, so you will have his contact details to inform him of any problems on your side.
    If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will take the vehicle back to the nearest dedicated park. Re-delivery of your vehicle will incur an additional charge at your expense.

When do I have to insure my vehicle? Is the car 100% covered during delivery?

  • The car is indeed covered by an insurance extension from our company during delivery and until expiry of the legal withdrawal period. The customer must take out car insurance at least 72 hours before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. In addition, the transport and courier companies are also insured to cover any incident during the journey.

Can I have my old car taken back on delivery?

  • No, the trade-in service is not yet available.

How will I receive my vehicle registration document?

  • For your information, the car will first be delivered to you with the provisional registration, i.e. the transit plates that will allow you to drive the car freely and test-drive it for 21 days to confirm whether it's right for you (these 21 days represent the legal withdrawal period).
  • It is only after these 21 days that we will send you, by registered mail, the official legalization and final registration documents for the car.
  • We do this because you need to be completely satisfied with the car before we can transfer the documents into your name as the car's new owner.

Is the courier an expert who gives me a detailed presentation of the vehicle on delivery?

  • The delivery driver is a professional courier, who will give you a simple handover and will not show you all the equipment in your vehicle.
